I had a leak in a tire and they were able to get me in that day. I ended up buying 4 new tires, it didn't take a super long time, and the mechanic explained everything in words I could understand. The waiting area was clean with a good size TV. The price wasn't terrible, they had 3 tires available for my car. I chose the middle price at $100 per tire.
I had a screw in my tire which are Pirelli run flats. The screw was in the tread which normally can be repaired. 1st they told me they couldn’t fix it. The only other option was a new tire. $398 for a tire. Luckily they were run flats and I was able to drive on them. I did some research and found the same tire for $285/tire. I checked Pep Boys and they wanted $312 installed…which wasn’t bad. Then I called Tire Xpress in New Castle. $292 out the door. They said they would try and fix it…which they did for $39! WESTSIDE TIRES IS A RIP OFF!!! They may be good at other things and people have had good experiences, but I dealt with a thief. I was in a time of need and they tried to take advantage of me. BEWARE OF WESTSIDE TIRE!! Thank you Tire Xpress!!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! The guy at the desk talked me out of buying more expensive All Weather Tires and explained the differences in the ones they sell and which would be best for me based off how and where I drive. Even though the tires weren't officially All Weather, they handle great in bad weather like heavy rain and possess all the qualities of an All Weather Tire. They saved me money, enlightenmented me on the differences in tires, and got me in ASAP. I will be taking my car here for all my tire needs!
Great folks. I had to have brake work done on my vehicle, and they had to keep it overnight. They lent me a vehicle so I could get around.
Prompt attention and great service. Very satisfied
